Lencore Acoustics has added a new version of the Jordna Hub to its line of Spectra i.Net Networked Sound Masking, Paging and Background Music products. The Jordna Hub’s redesign includes a better-looking outside, as well as dual functionality that provides both system scalability and tighter wire management as multiple campus buildings need to be tied together to a single central control panel in order to provide complete zoning and adjustment control. The multi-drop nature of the Spectra i.Net System allows the Jordna Hub to function as much more than a break out box, enabling messages and data packets, relayed over the Spectra i.Net System Cat5e, to travel in any direction.

The Hub can also be used to simplify wire management and provide a clean connection for communication cables that run between the web device and the OP.  The connection is done using 16-gauge, two-conductor wire. In addition, the networked capabilities of the system enable it to address any facility connected through the networked system and Hub(s), on site, off site and remotely for 24/7 access.
