Legrand | AV will bring together the latest products from its commercial brands C2G, Chief, Connectrac, Da-Lite, Luxul, Middle Atlantic, Vaddio, and Wiremold in booth W903 at InfoComm 2022 in Las Vegas. Providing end-to-end conferencing solutions that can transition any space into a meeting environment, the company will show how it can assist integrators in designing conferencing spaces that are flexible, technology-rich, and support meeting equity in the hybrid workforce.

Technology for Flexible Meeting Spaces

As organizations look to optimize and make office spaces as multifunctional and AV-friendly as possible, Legrand | AV’s solutions enable conferencing anywhere. For a flexible, cost-effective way to collaborate in open spaces or in traditional meeting rooms, Middle Atlantic will demonstrate its new Forum Display Stand. Ensuring participants have the same meeting experience whether they are remote or in-person, it is ideally suited for open or closed meeting spaces. The Forum Display Stand includes a Chief Fusion mount that supports up to a 75-inch display and has ample equipment mounting, including Lever Lock for all the videoconferencing components. An included display shroud is outfitted with acoustic fabric to keep the noise levels and audio reverberation to a minimum to guarantee the highest quality audio.

Chief will show a range of monitor and display mounts, carts, and kiosks to complement any collaboration experience. Additionally, live demonstrations of the new TiLED Web Tool will take place to visualize and customize video wall designs. Earlier this year, Chief introduced the new TiLED i-Style direct view LED wall mounting system for Samsung IER and Unilumin USLIM displays. The line will now include mounts for Sony Crystal and LG Ultra Slim Series dvLED displays. Like the existing TiLED H-Style dvLED Wall Mounting Systems, i-Style is designed with the installer in mind. Both are modular mounting systems featuring X-, Y-, Z-axis adjustment to create perfectly flat dvLED video walls. New i-Style mounts feature left, middle, and right structural components that are combined to create video walls. Components can be mixed and matched for an endless variety of video wall designs.

Technology for Hybrid Collaboration

Ensuring that users have the connectivity options needed to present during meetings, C2G will share the latest additions to its HDMI, USB-C, and HDBaseT portfolios. This includes its innovative Retractable Universal 4K HDMI Adapter Ring featuring BioCote antimicrobial product protection. The ring includes adapters to connect almost any device to an in-room display while supporting video resolutions up to 4K. The adapter rings feature color-coded HDMI-to-DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, USB-C, VGA, and Lightning adapters, saving users time and frustration by making it easy to identify the adapter they need. The adapter ring can be attached directly to an HDMI cable, or a retractable mount version is available that extends to 4.9 feet. Custom adapter configurations are also available. The company will also showcase its USB-C-enabled docking stations, and its wide selection of HDMI cables, extenders, transmitters and receivers, distribution amplifier splitters, and switches.

Helping to transition any space with a flawless finish, Connectrac Under-Carpet Raceway makes it so cables for power and distribution virtually disappear while enabling mid-room floor-based connections. One complete Under-Carpet Raceway kit provides everything integrators need in the length specified, including complete wireway, MDF ramps, and power systems as well as all the accessories to locate power and data connections right where they are needed. The wireway channel is large enough for power and four CAT-6 cables and is ADA- (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. Additionally, Wiremold’s innovative cable management solutions that bring power, communications, and AV connectivity anywhere, will be on display. Wiremold’s over floor raceway system accommodates any meeting space in the lowest, sleekest, ADA-compliant profile around.

Hold conferences and presentations anywhere with Da-Lite’s new SightLine cable drop feature. Available as an option with the company’s Tensioned Advantage and Advantage electric screens, SightLine gives the impression of a floating screen. Eliminating the need for the traditional black border above the projection screen, the cables can accommodate drop distances up to 70 inches between the ceiling and the top of the screen. This feature creates usable space above the viewing area to not only preserve a room’s architectural integrity but also provide wall space for a camera and speaker.

Technology for Enhancing the Remote Experience

The heart of the collaboration experience, Luxul will show its latest range of AV switches, including the SW Series managed gigabit switches and will be delivering free networking training at the booth that will expand integrators’ pro AV networking knowledge. The 10-minute training presentations will be conducted hourly and cover five sought-after topics, including Customer Assurance Program – Design a Network With Confidence, AV over IP Basics & Best Practices, IGMP Basics and Terminology, Heals So Good – PoE Self-Healing, and You Can Speak Dante Too. Assuring the best quality audio and video experience, Vaddio will offer its expanded AV-over-IP line of products featuring Dante networked audio. Through its partnership with Audinate, Vaddio has developed premium products that are easy to integrate into new or existing systems and deliver high-quality audio.
