Kordz will highlight new HDMI, USB-C, Cat6 and speaker cabling solutions at CEDIA Expo 2025, appearing in the Future Ready Solutions Booth #2838. The company says its product range is engineered for speed, reliability and repeatable results in residential and commercial AV systems, supported by its in-house “Kordzification” design and manufacturing process.
PRO4 Active Optical HDMI Cable
Kordz will debut the PRO4 Active Optical HDMI Cable, which supports full 48Gbps uncompressed bandwidth at distances up to 100 meters without external power or boosters. The cable, certified to DPL Labs’ Enhanced 48G Reference Standard, enables transmission of 8K and 10K video without degradation or latency. To demonstrate its durability, Kordz will conduct a live “power lifting” demo, suspending a box of Cat6 cable from a single PRO4 while powering a live TV display.
ONEv2 Passive HDMI Cable
Designed for high-volume commercial integration, the new ONEv2 Passive HDMI Cable supports uncompressed 4K HDMI signals at 18Gbps in lengths from 0.5 to 5.0 meters. Engineered for hospitality, corporate and education projects, the cable is competitively priced for bulk deployments and comes with a fire-rated PVC jacket and compact connectors.
USB-C Solutions
Kordz will introduce PRO Passive and Active Optical USB-C cables, supporting certified USB4 Gen2 and USB3.2 Gen2 functionality. Passive cables support up to 20Gbps data, 4K60 video and up to 240W power delivery at shorter lengths, while active optical models provide 10Gbps, 4K60 video and 60W power up to 10 meters.
Outdoor Cat6 Cabling
Kordz will debut three outdoor-rated Cat6 network cables: PRO SlimCat Outdoor Cat6, ONE Outdoor Cat6 and ONE Direct Burial Cat6. All are UV-stabilized, meter-marked and support PoE++.
Outdoor Speaker Cable
The company will extend its ONE speaker cable line with an outdoor variant featuring 14AWG oxygen-free copper conductors and a UV-resistant jacket for long-term durability in above-ground installations.
Termination Challenge
Kordz will also host its Termination Challenge competition at the booth, inviting attendees to test their cable termination skills against the clock, with prizes awarded to top participants.
