Keeping Our CEDIA Expo Community Informed

CEDIA2020You have likely seen or heard the news that the Colorado Convention Center will function as a temporary medical facility with up to 2,000 beds. We appreciate their willingness to step forward and help their community during this difficult time. As a result of this action, we have received questions about our upcoming CEDIA Expo event and wanted to assure all of you that at this point we do not foresee any impact to the event in September. Rest assured we are working closely with the Colorado Convention Center and other local agencies, and we will communicate any updates as they become available. We are proud to call the Colorado Convention Center and Visit Denver our valued partners and are so thankful to them for being gracious hosts to CEDIA Expo and embracing our community.

It’s a time for everyone—and every business—to pivot and give assistance. We’ve compiled a list of resources to help support your business during this time. Visit the COVID-19 Updates page for links to pertinent information including a summary of the federal stimulus package, information on loans and grants for small businesses, ideas for adjusting your marketing strategy, and more.

In these uncertain times, taking care of your health, family and businesses is what really matters right now. So, we have pushed back our housing and registration open dates to June 1st. We want you to know that we will continue to support our incredible community in any way we can, and, in that spirit, we’ve decided to offer free expo passes for all attendees.

Our thoughts go out to everyone during this difficult time. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the other side of this, and in the meantime, please stay safe and healthy.
