Jetbuilt Will Show New Enhancements for Project Management at CEDIA Expo 2023
Jetbuilt announced new enhancements to accelerate administrative business tasks and project management. At CEDIA Expo 2023, Jetbuilt will introduce automated proposal and document management, invoice tracking and order management to create a seamless workflow for managing business tasks between closing a sale and managing a project.
Jetbuilt’s latest feature will automatically trigger document signing, online invoicing and immediate ordering to ensure projects progress smoothly. Integrators in Jetbuilt can offer their clients the convenience of approving the proposal, selecting their various options, such as upgrades or service packages, and, finally, signing to buy the project online. But, this is where the power starts. Through Jetbuilt’s powerful API, the contract is sent to the accounting platform, which will generate and send the opening invoice as defined in the contract. Once the payment is received, Jetbuilt will notify the project PM to commence purchasing and installation of equipment. Jetbuilt’s automated process is designed to help ensure projects continue to move forward quickly and efficiently.
Jetbuilt has established a strong reputation by eliminating unnecessary hours and resources on budgeting, presenting and closing projects. Integrators can build complex, professional proposals in hours rather than days, from the flexibility of a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile device to help close more projects faster. Once a project is closed, Jetbuilt provides the resources to manage projects by tracking shipped items to the warehouse or site, creating dedicated subtasks for projects, serial number and warranty tracking for each device, time tracking, service ticket management and other necessary features. Jetbuilt’s platform continues to innovate with first-of-its-kind features and evolve with the changing demands of the audiovisual and custom installation industry.
