Jabra Names Sandrine Desbarbieux-Lloyd as SVP of Global Marketing
Jabra has appointed Sandrine Desbarbieux-Lloyd as senior vice president of global marketing, effective April 7, 2025.
In her new role, Desbarbieux-Lloyd will lead marketing initiatives across Jabra’s professional headset and speakerphone lines, software offerings and AI-powered video conferencing solutions.
She brings experience in C-level marketing, digital transformation and AI, having held previous leadership roles at Meta, Tesco, Samsung and Avis. Her appointment reflects Jabra’s focus on driving innovation in hybrid and modern workplace technology.
“Jabra is more than a technology company — it’s a brand that brings people closer and empowers them to work seamlessly,” Desbarbieux-Lloyd said. “I’m thrilled to be joining a team that is dedicated to making a real difference in the way the world connects and collaborates.”
Desbarbieux-Lloyd succeeds Calum MacDougall, who has taken on the role of president of the Enterprise division at GN, Jabra’s parent company. MacDougall joined GN and Jabra in 2015 and is credited with elevating the company’s global marketing strategy through his prior experience at Sony Mobile Communications.
“Jabra has always been a company that leads through innovation, with people and purpose at the heart of everything we do,” MacDougall said. “I have every confidence that Sandrine’s expertise will help us push the boundaries of what’s possible for our customers.”
Jabra says the leadership transition supports its continued efforts to develop audio and video solutions that prioritize clarity, collaboration and seamless hybrid work experiences.
