ISE Set-up Day
Getting ready for ISE, Gary talked a lot about the stands (or as we call them in the U.S., booths). Never having been to a tradeshow, I concocted my own image of a giant State Fair with less fatty foods, more technology and foreign accents rather than southern ones. On set-up day, we walked in to a construction site — people were everywhere, huge structures covered the floor and technology was always visible. The entire show is on a scale the NC State Fair has never seen. With a better understanding of what to expect from ISE, I’m pumped to see the “final product” stands tomorrow!
