The show is over and it looked to be a very successful venture for many of the manufacturers and solutions providers in the industry. Collaboration, digital signage, high end projection, interactive display technologies and more seemed to be the major focus and the largest draw looked to be Microsoft with their 84″ Surface Hub interactive touch display as well as their thrust into the AV/IT industry.

With rAVe, we put together a special ISE cAValry Rides Show, which after all was done ended up being a major success. Producing the show was a major endeavor for me but highly rewarding. With this though, I was also very interested in undertaking an Executive Tech Talk Show with several high level people in the industry and essentially adding to the responsibility of putting together the cAValry Rides Show. It was a very important thing for me though to show the serious side of myself, Mark Coxon and Chuck Espinoza (with a little humor) and waking up at 4:00 in the morning to do the show, knowing I would have to wake up at 3:00 the next morning to do the cAValry Rides Show was a bit daunting, but the level of success we attained with that show as well was tremendous.

I’d like to thank Monsour Brek with Barco/X20 Media, Simen Teigre with Pexip, Daniel Schwartzberg with the HDBaseT Alliance, Tom-Erik Lia with Videxio and Kris Gamble with Customized/@LiveInstall for agreeing to be on with us, they were all terrific with ISE and industry insights and the future of AV/IT and the industry as well.
