Here’s what we’re giving away @ InfoComm ’13
I’m going to InfoComm
Wonder Woman and Catwoman will be your MCs, BUT you will need to give your business card to one of the rAVe Team members for your chance to play THE GAME 4. You may just hear your name called out by Wonder Woman or Catwoman to step up and play THE GAME 4. If you don’t hear your name at first, stick around – we’ll have multiple players at each sponsor booth!
Once you have your chip in hand, take aim and try your best to hit the grand prize slot — the sponsor’s logo. If you don’t hit that, don’t worry – there are still nine other possible slots with AWESOME prizes you can win!
Each round will have a grand prize winner – the lucky player who lands their chip on a sponsor logo first*! Grand prizes include 45″ HDTV’s, Windows Tablets, iPads and HD Cameras!
The grand prize winner will then be automatically entered in rAVe’s Friday Tournament of Champions (more info below) and in the running to the win the SMART Car!
But, best of all, everyone who shows up gets a FREE rAVe t-shirt – even if you don’t get to play, everyone who shows up to a sponsor’s booth (see times below) gets the shirt!!!
In addition to the scheduled times at the exhibitor booths listed above, the rAVe Team will be on the tradeshow floor looking for you in your rAVe gear. If spotted you may have a chance to play PLINKO on the spot or given a prize! So wear your rAVe t-shirt with pride!
*if no participant’s chip lands on the sponsor logo, a business card will be randomly chosen from the entire entry pool at that sponsor booth and that person will be entered into the SMART Car Tournament of Champions

You can’t come to InfoComm 2013? Don’t worry – you can still play THE GAME 4 and have a chance to win the SMART Car!
Beginning Monday, June 10, through Thursday, June 13, those of you who are unable to attend InfoComm 2013 will be able to play rAVe Trivia! You can now play THE GAME 4 at home!
First, you MUST complete the entry formfound here. We will then contact you closer to InfoComm 2013 with more rAVe Trivia directions and instructions on how to play, what to do and when.
Get ready – you could have InfoComm CEO and Executive Director Dave Labuskes playing in the Tournament of Champions for you to win a SMART Car, plus other great prizes!

Submit your CharAVes suggestions to the rAVe [Publications] Twitter (@rAVePubs) using the hashtag #CharAVes and #InfoComm13 before and during the show. It could be a movie, a book, something AV-related – anything!
Log onto the rAVeNowInfoComm.com site at the scheduled times to play CharAVes. If you think you know what is being acted out by Molly, Tweet your answer to @rAVePubs using the hashtags #CharAVes and #InfoComm13. The first person to correctly guess what Molly is acting out using those hashtags will win an iPrize, and others will win rAVe t-shirts!

How to Play THE GAME 4.0
rAVe’s Friday TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS
On Friday June 14, 2013 at the rAVe booth, the rAVe Friday Tournament of Champions will determine THE GAME 4 Ultimate Champion and winner of the 2013 SMART Car!
Cornhole, Bag Toss, BeanBag Toss, what ever you want to call it… the object is to get the bag in the hole.
All the PLINKO grand prize winners will be automatically entered in the March-Madness-style bracket.
The tournament will be a single elimination, bracket style tournament to determine the overall tournament champion. The champion will then play CEO and InfoComm Executive Director Dave Labuskes, who will be playing for THE GAME 4 At Home Winner to determine the ultimate THE GAME 4 Champion and the winner of the SMART Car!
Trust us, you won’t want to miss out on this tournament, even if you aren’t playing! The rAVe Team members will be collecting business cards before the tournament and you could selected to play in the tournament for the SMART Car (in case there are no-shows for the Tournament of Champions) and other prizes.
OFFICIAL The GAME 4.0 RULES
No purchase necessary.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry and a subscriber of rAVe [Publications] to be eligible for this sweepstakes (“The GAME 4.0”). This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
The Grand Prize includes:
- A 3-year lease of a 2013 Smart Car paid for by rAVe [Publications] (approximate cash value of $3,900-$5,000 depending on geographic location).
- Winner is responsible for all transportation, taxes, and registration fees
- If winner opts NOT to receive the Grand Prize of the car, the winner may opt to accept a cash prize of $2,000USD to be paid to the winner by rAVe [Publications] within 15 days of the close of InfoComm 2013.
Winners will be notified by e-mail, phone, or if they are present in-person. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If rAVe [Publications] cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, the prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
FOR ONLINE ENTRANTS / AT-HOME PARTICIPANTS ONLY:
Each entrant MUST fill out the qualifying demographic information survey prior to completing the individual entry options. A valid name and e-mail address is required.
Automated or falsified entries of any kind are not allowed. Detection of said automated or falsified entries will lead to entries being voided. Entries that do not fulfill the requirements will also be voided. Each entry is verified and therefore if an entry is deemed not verified, it will be voided.
Only one registered account per entrant. If multiple accounts are detected for a single entrant, they will be disabled and entries disqualified.
FOR ALL ELIGIBLE WINNERS:
Eligible winners (including ONLINE ENTRANTS / AT-HOME PARTICIPANTS) will include one winner from each “GAME” event at participating sponsor booths.
rAVe [Publications] reserves the right to restrict the winners to only persons who are subscribed to rAVe [Publications] and are thus, deemed eligible entrants.
Employees of rAVe [Publications], its respective subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win.
Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the sweepstakes commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes.
Entrants further grant to rAVe [Publications] the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the sweepstakes.
rAVe [Publications] reserves the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including information on entrants obtained through the sweepstakes, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
rAVe [Publications] and the sweepstakes sponsors are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail, phone, or in-person notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received. A subsequent form 1099 will be issued for the value of the car or cash prize.
This sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a entrant is using the sweepstakes for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
