i5LED announced the appointment of Lynn Wang as Global Head of Business Development for its dvLED company. With the expansion to enhance its global presence, Chief Executive Officer George Pappas appointed Wang to collaborate closely with the company’s North American and international sales teams to create strategic programs that will generate long-term business growth.

Lynn Wang previously served as an instrumental executive at Leyard American Corporation, where her notable achievements include coordinating the successful merger of Planar and Leyard in 2015. She held various positions for 17 years, including General Manager of Leyard Group International Business Department and Vice President of Leyard Group Corp., headquartered in Beijing, China.

An industry veteran himself, George Pappas co-founded i5LED and has since played a pivotal leadership role in managing business development, engineering, product development, and overall company-wide initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in the LED industry, Pappas has excelled in various positions encompassing manufacturing, sales, supply chain management, distribution, and systems integration. Notably, Pappas co-founded D3 LED in 2006 and, as Managing Partner and CEO, helped spearhead D3’s exceptional rise into becoming one of the industry’s best-known providers of highly custom and bespoke LED display solutions through 2021.
