i-PRO Americas has partnered with NovoTrax, a life safety and mass notification company, to deliver a unified platform aimed at transforming school safety for K–12 institutions across North America. The collaboration combines i-PRO’s AI-powered video surveillance systems with NovoTrax’s EduTrax platform to eliminate critical integration gaps between video security and emergency communications.

The companies say their joint solution addresses a common and dangerous delay: the time lost when first responders and school officials must access multiple systems to view live video or locate incidents during an emergency. The new integration enables immediate delivery of real-time video feeds, location data and mass notifications — within seconds of an emergency alert.

NovoTrax’s EduTrax platform is purpose-built for K–12 environments, offering real-time situational awareness through integrated systems. Capabilities include AI-assisted threat detection, mobile and desktop alerting, live video sharing with first responders, and real-time location services that work in classrooms, hallways, and across school grounds.

By combining video intelligence with mass communication tools, i-PRO and NovoTrax aim to streamline school safety workflows, reduce response times, and ultimately improve outcomes in critical situations.
