Dedalus, a European provider of healthcare and diagnostic software, has chosen Sony BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays to upgrade conference spaces in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The company worked with Munich-based solution provider Vistafon to install 50 BRAVIA BZ40L professional displays, ensuring reliable performance with cloud connectivity.

Dedalus supports more than 6,100 hospitals and 5,300 laboratories worldwide and continues to expand its portfolio. As healthcare organizations modernize, Dedalus aims to position itself as a leading provider of technology-driven solutions. By upgrading its own conference rooms with advanced display technology, the company reinforces its commitment to innovation.

“As certified partners of several renowned manufacturers, we have the expertise to identify the best solutions for various room types,” said Saša Jukčić, senior consultant at Vistafon. “For Dedalus, Sony was the natural choice. BRAVIA displays offer strong sustainability credentials while maintaining the high performance Sony is known for.”

“Choosing Sony BRAVIA professional displays with Deep Black Non-Glare technology, business-grade support, and 24/7 operation reinforces our image as technology specialists,” added Peter Unger, global IT operations manager at Dedalus.

Dedalus also prioritized sustainability in its display selection. Sony incorporates SORPLAS recycled plastic in BRAVIA displays, reducing virgin plastic use by approximately 60%. Additional features, such as automatic brightness control, help minimize energy consumption during operation.

“It’s encouraging to see Dedalus, a growing healthcare technology provider, consider sustainability in its display choices,” said Chris Mullins, head of BRAVIA product marketing, Sony Europe. “We hope more organizations will prioritize energy-efficient solutions, and Sony remains committed to making our products more sustainable.”
