Here’s Everything Jetbuilt Has Planned for ISE 2025; Including EMEA Debut of AI Service Jetbot
Jetbuilt plans to unveil significant updates to its project management platform at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025. Leading these updates is the AI-powered Jetbot Service Desk, a new addition to the Service module. The platform’s “Project Platform for Everyone” initiative will also be highlighted, emphasizing seamless collaboration among manufacturers, consultants, integrators, vendors, and end users.
The latest updates reflect feedback from Jetbuilt’s global user community, including insights from the Jetbuilt Vendor Advisory Council, annual User Summits, and a dedicated User Experience team. These enhancements aim to provide AV professionals with practical, effective tools tailored to their needs.
The Jetbot Service Desk uses AI to enable 24/7 automated, device-specific troubleshooting. By scanning a device’s QR code, users receive instant, targeted guidance, eliminating wait times and reducing the need for human intervention. The tool also generates support logs and tickets automatically, helping integrators stay informed while freeing their time for critical tasks. This feature empowers end users, minimizes downtime, and sets a new standard for AV service efficiency.
Jetbuilt’s platform continues to focus on collaboration and accessibility through its Client Portal module, allowing real-time access to project details, equipment manuals, and drawings. End users can collaborate with consultants to source the best products, share itemized lists with integrators for quotes, and track project progress—all within a single interface.
Jetbuilt is also the first AV-centric platform to offer a commercial workflow in multiple languages, including German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (simplified and traditional), and English. This global approach supports AV professionals worldwide by providing a unified, efficient workflow in their native language.
“Our latest updates are designed to elevate our platform from good to exceptional,” said Paul Dexter, founder and CEO of Jetbuilt. “We’re particularly excited to introduce the Jetbot Service Desk to Europe, showcasing our commitment to 24/7 support that enhances workflows and reduces service demands. These updates reinforce Jetbuilt’s role as an essential tool for AV project management, enabling users to deliver outstanding results in a dynamic industry.”
