With this plugin you can find and select a sufficient meeting room, invite attendees and order catering or services directly in your Outlook calendar. And the best part? It’s completely free for all current and new users. We call this GoBright upgrades instead of updates.
Currently, our platform integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite. This gives you the advantage that a scheduled appointment or any subsequent changes automatically syncs with your personal agenda, the agenda of the meeting room and our platform. With the help of the plugin’s user-friendly filter you will find and book the meeting room that is most suitable for your appointment and organize all necessities like catering or AV equipment directly in your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
