Anaheim, California (June 19, 2013) – Extron Electronics is proud to announce the opening of a product demonstration and training facility in New York City. At the heart of the new facility in mid-town Manhattan is a large demonstration room, showcasing the latest Extron products and technologies. Hands-on stations let guests experience live demonstrations of video signal processing, AV signal distribution, configurable control, and audio products. A fully equipped, state-of-the-art training room features a 4×2 video wall powered by a Quantum video processor. A conference room, featuring the Teamwork Collaboration System, can be used for meetings and presentations.

“With this new facility in New York, we can expand training classes and it will be easier to reach our customers in that region,” says Casey Hall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Extron. “Extron customers will appreciate the opportunity to learn about the newest technologies and see demonstrations of products and applications in a local facility.”

The New York office will host a variety of training programs, including Extron Institute schools and certification courses. It wil also be available for meetings and custom product demonstrations. Other North American training facilities are located in Anaheim, California; Raleigh, North Carolina; Dallas, Texas; and Washington, DC. Extron also has training facilities in China, India, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates.
