Extron has opened a new Event Center at its global headquarters in Anaheim, California, designed to demonstrate its professional AV technologies in real-world scenarios.

The facility includes a main presentation room with two video walls made from Daktronics Chip on Board (COB) LED displays. Both are powered by Extron’s Quantum Ultra II 8K video wall processor. The Event Center also features a NAV AV-over-IP system with more than 175 endpoints, Extron amplifiers and speakers, TouchLink Pro touch panels for system control, and ISS 608 for content switching. Streaming is handled by Extron’s SMP technology. The space includes theatrical lighting and PTZ cameras for live demonstrations and events.

Two additional spaces offer scenario-based demos. The C2 Theatre simulates a command-and-control environment with a video wall setup for content from dual-display workstations and video servers, alongside synchronized virtual clocks. The Esports Suite includes five gaming stations and a shoutcaster desk equipped for play-by-play commentary.

A dedicated New Product Showcase area allows visitors to test the latest Extron products with assistance from on-site technical staff.

“Our new Event Center was designed to help people and ideas reach their fullest potential with the help of AV technology,” said Casey Hall, Extron’s chief marketing officer.

The center is now open for visitors, including end users, integrators, and other industry professionals.
