Extron Just Launched Cool Controllers That Automatically Start and Stop a Meeting Room Through Occupancy Sensing!
Extron is now shipping the WC Pro 150 OCS and WC Pro 160 Workspace Automation Controllers, designed to provide secure display control and automation for workspaces of all sizes. Depending on the model, these controllers offer automatic display control through an occupancy sensor, either built into the device or integrated into a larger room automation system.
Out of the box, these controllers automatically power on a display via CEC when someone enters a room and turn it off after a meeting ends if no motion is detected. Configuration of automatic display control is available through a built-in web page, supporting Ethernet, RS-232, or IR. Both models are compatible with Power over Ethernet for added convenience.
With the addition of a LinkLicense for WC Pro Control Processor, users can configure these controllers with Global Configurator Plus or Professional to manage multiple displays and devices. This license also enables access to Extron’s TouchLink Pro touchpanels and Network Button Panels for user interface needs. An additional LinkLicense for User Interfaces allows users to operate the system via mobile devices or computers as primary control interfaces.
The WC Pro 150 OCS and WC Pro 160 controllers offer reliable, efficient display control and automation, making them a practical solution for modern workspaces.
