Good Design Epson

On Dec.16, Epson announced that the company received Good Design Awards for its projectors, printers and imaging solutions. Their LifestudioTM Pop Plus and Pop projectors were recognized in the “Good Design Best 100” portion. The company also accepted awards for two of their Supertank† inkjet printers and wide-format professional imaging solutions.

The annually presented awards recognize technological designs that enhance daily lives and leave a lasting impact on the community.

Under the Best 100 category of the awards, the Lifestudio Pop Plus and Pop Projectors were acknowledged for their immersive and advanced audio and technology, which aim to enhance the entertainment experience.

Epson’s Lifestudio Flex Plus and Flex Projectors were recognized as Product Design Winners for their innovation and versatility of the design, which the company said was built to bring people together and build memories. The technologies employ 4K PRO-UHD 1 and Full HD visuals, and pair with Epson’s Projection Studio App designed to enhance the experience.

Alongside the Flex projectors, Epson’s EcoTank ET-4950 & EcoTank ET-3930 printers and SureColor® F9570/F9570H & SureColor S9170 dye sublimation printers were also awarded for the Product Design category due to their reliability and value as well as their adaptability to home and office environments. Espon describes these solutions as modern technologies that are designed to diminish the inconvenience of previous loud, sizable printer designs.

The company’s non-US products, including the PaperLab Q-5000 and PaperLab Q-40 dry-process office papermaking systems, the SurePress L-5034 digital label press, and Style 38 Solar Powered watches, also received recognition at the awards.
