Draper Focuses on Projection at CEDIA 2014

TecVisionSurfaces-0914Draper, Inc. will be showing off several new viewing surfaces certified by the Imaging Science Foundation for excellent color reproduction and fidelity during CEDIA 2014 in Denver.

Among the ISF-certified surfaces on display will be Draper’s TecVision Engineered Screen Technology. Available in six formulations for now, TecVision features white surfaces with gains ranging from 1.0 to 1.9 over remarkably wide viewing cones, and grey surfaces with excellent performance under higher room light levels. TecVision is 4K ready, and five of the new surfaces are ISF-certified.

Other ISF-certified viewing surfaces on display at CEDIA includes High Performance XS850E, an ambient light rejecting optical screen surface incorporating multilayer film technology to provide precise resolution, high contrast in all conditions, and a vivid color palette. High Performance XS850E gives the same bright image in the dark or with ambient light, but what makes the surface really special is its super-wide viewing cone, which means you see the same great image off axis.
