Draper Introduces Foundation ONE LED Wall Mounting System
Draper has launched Foundation ONE, a new LED wall mounting solution designed to make installations faster, simpler and more economical for integrators.
The Foundation ONE system is positioned as a cost-effective alternative to manufacturer-specific LED mounts and other mounting solutions, particularly in environments where wall flatness can complicate installation. Draper said the system allows installers to accommodate uneven walls without sacrificing alignment precision or overall display performance.
Foundation ONE features a modular, per-panel mounting design. Once the base row of LED cabinets is installed and aligned, additional rows can be stacked upward quickly and accurately. The system currently supports most LED cabinet sizes up to 610 millimeters wide, with Draper noting that support for additional panel sizes and formats is planned.
To address wall irregularities, Foundation ONE uses cam-style mounting brackets that provide top-access Z-axis adjustment. This design allows installers to fine-tune cabinet depth and alignment without the need for shimming. An optional installation fixture is also available to help ensure consistent vertical spacing during setup.
The mounting system can be paired with an optional full trim solution designed to simplify finishing around the LED wall. The trim attaches magnetically and adjusts telescopically to meet the wall surface, eliminating the need for cutting, grinding or other field modifications often required with OEM trim systems. Draper said the trim option is easier to install and more cost-effective than many manufacturer-provided alternatives.
Despite its added flexibility and installation features, Draper said Foundation ONE remains less expensive than many competing LED mounting options. The company added that dealers and distributors can stock Foundation ONE components, allowing integrators to maintain tighter project schedules and respond more quickly to new installation opportunities.
