dnp to demonstrate ALR Screens at InfoComm 2016

CONTROL-719x200-0516dnp denmark will be showcasing their stellar Supernova Screens at InfoComm 2016 (June 4-10, Las Vegas Convention Center).

Their lineup will feature eight different ALR (Ambient Light Rejection) Screens, including a large format dnp Supernova Infinity, dnp Supernova XL, dnp LaserPanel Touch, dnp Supernova Blade and three unique solutions from their family of Short Throw screens.

“The Supernova screen technologies set dnp apart from other screen manufacturers, and are important to consider when buying a projection screen,” stated Sally Bermudez, Senior Sales Consultant and dnp Visualization Center Manager of dnp north america. “Supernova offers significant improved image contrast by rejecting ambient light from above and below. This results in stellar image quality with exceptional black levels and brightness over typical diffusion materials.”

Throwing down a challenge to their competitors, she said, “dnp’s optically engineered Supernova Screens offer real world solutions in any environment. We challenge our competition to keep the lights on over their projection screen displays, as we will, at InfoComm.”

Visitors can witness at first hand dnp’s multi-layer light rejection screen material during their daily screen shoot-outs at 11 a.m. dnp’s 08-85 and 23-23 ALR screen materials will be up against a traditional matte white diffusion screen, proving that its seven-layer make-up rejects light from above and below while only refracting back light from the projector, thus producing more uniform, contrast-rich images even while operating in hostile light environments.
