D-Tools has released System Integrator (SI) v23, the latest version of its business management software platform for the systems integration market.

System Integrator v23 introduces multi-office functionality, expanded project and change order management features, faster analytics, and a range of new productivity tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual tasks.

“D-Tools continues to be dedicated to its mission to help system integrators, large and small, run more efficient and profitable businesses with the latest update to our flagship platform,” said Randy Stearns, CEO of D-Tools. “System Integrator v23 builds on the foundation of what has long been viewed as the gold standard in software for the industry by delivering powerful new capabilities, all based on direct feedback from our loyal and trusted user base.”

Key enhancements in SI v23 include improved multi-office functionality, allowing businesses with multiple locations to share settings and catalog data across servers. Expanded user-group permissions provide executives greater control over employee access to various functions. Upgrades to analytics tools offer faster insights for data-driven decision-making.

Project management features have also been updated, including editable project templates with checklists, submittals, and Gantt charts, as well as status color indicators in Project Explorer. New options allow for partial project approvals and greater flexibility in pricing and billing structures.

Change order-specific payment terms, deeper QuickBooks integration, and API groundwork for an upcoming mobile app are also part of the release.

D-Tools said SI v23 aims to advance business efficiency for integration firms by streamlining operations from sales through service. Access to the D-Tools Product Library, integration with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, and built-in analytics tools are designed to help users improve accuracy, speed, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

The company said SI v23 continues to support system design documentation through integration with Visio and AutoCAD, offering data-driven estimating, quoting and service management tools.
