Comprehensive Debuts New GX Series High Speed USB 5G Extenders
Comprehensive Connectivity launched the GX Series High Speed USB 5G Extenders (USB5GX-520K and USB5GX-530WPK). They are designed for transmitting USB signals over long distances. Comprehensive GX Series Extenders not only extend USB, but also feature USB switching capabilities which allow you to share several USB peripherals between two computers without constantly swapping cables and setting up software. They are specifically designed for isochronous (ISO) data transactions up to 3.1 including cameras up to 4K. They support Super-speed USB3.2 up to 5Gbps over a single Cat6/Cat6A cable up to 330ft.
The USB5GX-520K and USB5GX-530WPK are aimed at courtrooms, classrooms, conference rooms and anywhere USB 3.2 5Gbps devices can be extended from a local to remote location in any room or building such as cameras, whiteboards, storage drives, and other high-bandwidth USB devices.
