May 21, 2013 – Community Professional Loudspeakers announces the appointment of Peter E. Schmitt Company as its sales representative for the Metropolitan New York City and North New Jersey territories.

Established in 1926, the Peter E. Schmitt Company is a manufacturers’ representative firm for the professional audio, video, lighting, and OEM markets.   Serving low-voltage contractors and integrators, broadcast and E-commerce dealers and consultants, Peter E. Schmitt’s staff provides its clients with field sales support, order administration and technical assistance.  Through its “Peter E. Schmitt Learning Center,” the firm offers a variety of training classes for dealers and system designers including several InfoComm CTS-accredited courses.
