Collabtech Group Appoints Steve White as VP of Services

steveSteve White has joined Collabtech Group as VP of services to lead the development and execution of a dedicated virtual support solution to maximize the value of AV adoption in collaborative spaces. Steve has over 20 years of experience in establishing large-scale enterprise call centers globally and is applying this knowledge to the world of unified collaboration to provide support for hybrid workspaces.

Collabtech says it will provide professional, multilingual support globally to take customer service to the next level. This virtual 24/7 support will complement the work of Collabtech’s collaboration specialists, who will still be on the ground providing additional support where needed and training to ensure solutions are deployed, adopted and maintained effectively.

“We will provide best-in-class technology support utilizing our unique depth of specialist knowledge and virtual collaboration technicians so that users know there is someone to call who can quickly get systems back up and running,” Steve White, VP of services at Collabtech Group said.
