Tools of the platforms include auto-discovery of ClearOne Pro Audio devices and the ability to partition systems virtually by any location. The web portal provides a central dashboard that shows all managed systems, allows quick access to troubleshoot or apply firmware updates and views specific sites and rooms for closer monitoring and action. Users can also view complete lists of ClearOne devices and immediately identify status such as Healthy, Down or Has Issues that require action. Other capabilities include:

The CONVERGENCE Cloud AV Manager
Users can develop new revenue streams through subscription support contracts. ClearOne resellers can tailor their service offerings to individual client needs, including providing limited or total access to clients. The web portal features intuitive graphics and organization. End user pricing is up to value-added resellers, who can determine monthly subscription fees in contracts with clients.
The CONVERGENCE Enterprise AV Manager
The Enterprise Manager is available with subscription licensing as an alternative to the Cloud AV Manager. It provides practitioners a self-maintained central hub for monitoring and control of ClearOne Pro Audio devices from different Local Agent AV Managers worldwide. Enterprise AV Manager can be operated entirely on-site or through a private cloud. Installations may be licensed on any internet-connected server or to a specific machine to enable complete isolation for enhanced control and security.
