ClearOne Intros INTERACT AT-Skype and Other UC Platforms

clearone-interact-0312ClearOne has expanded its INTERACT room audio conferencing product line with the addition of the INTERACT AT-Skype, a complete audio system that adds ClearOne audio signal processing to any combination of unified communications, video conferencing and teleconferencing. The new so-called plug-and-play business solution is certified and optimized for Skype, but is also compatible with Avaya one-X Communicator, IBM Sametime, Microsoft Lync and other unified communication applications. Compatibility with video codecs include those from VCON, which was recently acquired by ClearOne, as well as Cisco, Lifesize, Polycom, Vidyo and others. In addition, the telephone interface supports standard analog PSTN, as well as connection to popular enterprise phones including Avaya, Cisco, NEC and others.

You can daisy-chain for support of up to nine microphones with complete 360-degree coverage for large conference rooms with 12-16 participants. It’s controllable via third-party room control systems such as those from AMX and Crestron, plus it has PTZ camera control. The INTERACT software connects over the network, enabling remote configuration, control and monitoring for anywhere, anytime access.

The INTERACT AT-Skype will be sold as a complete business solution that includes the INTERACT AT mixer, microphone array, tabletop dialer with familiar telephone keypad, speakers and UC interface.

It’s not on the ClearOne site yet, but here’s a PDF with the product specs.
