At the core of the update is support for the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) streaming protocol, enabling reliable, low-latency input and output for streaming productions featuring rich PRIME graphics.

SRT is a video transport protocol gaining widespread adoption in broadcast for its flexibility and resilience. Codec-agnostic by design, SRT ensures professional video quality by mitigating packet loss, jitter, and sync issues — even over unstable networks.
