Christie Illuminates GQ Night of the Year in Portugal
The GQ Night of the Year party in Lisbon captivated attendees with an immersive audiovisual experience powered by Christie® projectors and displays, managed by ADLC Audiovisuais.
The annual celebration, hosted at the Palacete—a 19th-century wing of the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Hotel—brought together influential figures from fashion, entertainment, and culture. The elegant setting served as the perfect backdrop for an evening that blended creativity, exclusivity, and sophistication.
ADLC Audiovisuais, a long-time AV partner for GQ Portugal and Vogue Portugal, handled the event’s technical production in collaboration with LightHouse Publishing, the agency responsible for content creation and management.
The visual centerpiece included two Christie M 4K25 RGB projectors, which illuminated the historic building with dynamic visuals designed by VJ Draft in collaboration with GQ Portugal. A third M 4K25 RGB pure laser projector enhanced the venue’s pool area, adding a layer of visual sophistication.
Christie Captiva DWU500S projectors provided immersive displays in the cinema room and restrooms, while Christie GS and HS Series laser projectors transformed the Disco Room and illuminated a prominent garden tree. Christie LCD displays showcased GQ magazine covers and served as digital signage throughout the event, including at the Disco Room entrance.
