CEDIA Announces Additions to Global Board of Directors

CEDIA announced additions to its global board of directors for the 2026-2028 term. These additions followed a slate vote by CEDIA members, who approved the decision.
Assuming positions as board directors are integrators Rich Green of Rich Green Design, Jennifer Mallett of Level Up Automation and James Ratcliffe of Homeplay Ltd. Joining them this board cycle are board-appointed members Kris Hogg of Samsung and Maryellen Oswald of Somfy.
“CEDIA’s Board represents the best in the industry, and it is a privilege to work with them each day to guide our global trade association,” said CEDIA Global President and CEO, Daryl Friedman.
The newly appointed chairperson, Amanda Wildman, will lead this new slate of officers, forming the executive committee. Wildman, an integrator and president/owner of TruMedia Home, becomes the first woman to hold this position in CEDIA’s history. Joining her leadership team will be Edward Gilmore as vice chairperson, Stuart Tickle as treasurer and James Chen as secretary. Wildman’s predecessor, Alex Capacelatro, will assume the role of Immediate Past Chairperson and retain his spot on the executive committee.
“I am honored to be voted in as Chairperson of the CEDIA Board of Directors and am deeply grateful to our members, volunteers and mentors who make this organization what it is,” said Wildman. “After more than a decade of volunteering and working hands-on in the field, I look forward to carrying the knowledge and experience shared by this community with me as we chart CEDIA’s course together over the next two years.”
