CEDIA has unveiled a brand new website for the ninth annual CEDIA Awards, which is the industry scheme that celebrates excellence in residential custom installation in the UK, Europe, CIS, Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan. The new site offers informative content relating to the awards and will provide access to the new online entry process when it goes live in February.

To highlight the benefits of entering the awards, CEDIA has populated the site with examples of coverage generated in consumer and trade titles and testimonials from past winners. This information is particularly interesting for those new members who aren’t aware of the CEDIA Awards. The archive section dates back to 2008, providing a well-rounded view of what can be achieved from taking part.

CEDIA is currently developing a new, streamlined online entry to make the process easier and will launch this via the website in February.  Here, members will be able to draft, edit, review and then submit their completed entry. CEDIA says it recognised that writing an entry can be time consuming and wanted to improve the process to ensure that more members can take part in the scheme.

The awards ceremony will take place on Fri., 11 July 2014. Details on the venue will be revealed later.

The CEDIA Awards are open only to CEDIA member companies. Entry to the Awards will be kept anonymous to maintain the integrity of the scheme and to deliver honest and unbiased results. For more information, click here.
