CEDIA announced the recipients of its 2021 CEDIA Volunteer of the Year Awards. These awards recognize individuals, nominated by CEDIA staff members, who have made essential contributions to association programs over the past year. CEDIA honors volunteers in four categories: Volunteer of the Year, New Volunteer of the Year, Education Volunteer of the Year and Certification Volunteer of the Year.
The 2021 CEDIA Volunteer of the Year honorees are:
- Volunteer of the Year: Mal Fisher, AWE Europe Ltd., Epsom, Surrey, United Kingdom
- New Volunteer of the Year: Matt Manalis, CIT, eXperience ONE, Albion, Queensland, Australia
- Education Volunteer of the Year: Mark Warburton, Ivory Egg, Bosham, West Sussex, United Kingdom
- Certification Volunteer of the Year: Mike Ranpura, CIT, ESC-T, ESC-N, Smart Life AV Ltd., Stanmore, Middlesex, United Kingdom
