The 2013 version of CEDIA Expo has come to a close, but our coverage here will live forever here — on this CEDIA 2013 microsite!
We have so much coverage — and there’s so much information on this CEDIA microsite that it can be overwhelming. So, please take moment to read this so we can familiarize you with what’s on this site. First off, we have a media sponsor contract with CEDIA that allows us to do this site. So, we’re an official media partner to CEDIA. Our two primary sponsors funded this site and all the coverage on it — so visit them and, when you do see them in person, thank them. Both have small banner ads on the right side of this site. We couldn’t do this without BenQ and Sanus.
This site is not intended to be a replacement for attending the show live — you can’t replace an experience like that. However, it’s meant to augment your attendance. In fact, we get much of our site traffic from CEDIA attendees who couldn’t see everything they wanted to see in the three days of the show in Denver — the rest comes from people who wish they could attend and didn’t get to. Either way, you will find this show microsite helpful.
The home page is sort of an aggregate of a little of each of the coverage in one place and it includes links to the last 10 or so news stories, the last dozen or so press releases we got from manufacturers launching gear at CEDIA and below that you’ll see the last 16 videos we shot at CEDIA. To the right of the HOME tab you will see the NEWS & BLOGS page — where you are actually reading this post. This is where we post all the blogs and news stories that we write — as well as commentary — written by our team of reporters on-site at the show (and when you click on the tab header NEWS & BLOGS, you’ll see a section called PRESS RELEASES — that is where you can see news stories on every single product launched at CEDIA — yes, all of them). The tab next to this one is where we posted all the VIDEOS we shot at CEDIA. VIDEOS include every video we shot at CEDIA — every single one. We have them broken out by both product category as well as one-on-one interviews we conducted with an assortment of market leaders. Next to that, we have over 300 PHOTOS we shot during the CEDIA show. They include product, people and show floor traffic!
