Carousel Digital Signage Adds HTML-Based Web Player Option
Carousel Digital Signage has introduced the ability to display HTML-based digital signage content through a simple URL, eliminating the need for dedicated hardware. The new feature is available via the company’s cloud-based Carousel Express Players.
Designed for shared spaces and multi-use environments like classrooms and unified communications (UC) spaces, the web-based players automatically switch to signage content after a presentation ends. This allows organizations to maximize screen usage in conference rooms, classrooms and other flexible meeting areas.
Carousel says the move supports more efficient deployments, particularly in scenarios where IT departments want to streamline infrastructure and manage signage remotely.
