Bose Professional has announced two major leadership promotions aimed at accelerating innovation and expanding its global presence. Matt Calhoun has been promoted to chief operating officer, and Shawn Watts has been named vice president of product.

The appointments come as Bose Professional continues to define its identity as an independent company focused exclusively on the professional audio market. Both leaders have played key roles in driving operational transformation and product strategy across the company’s growing portfolio.

Calhoun, a 20-year veteran of Bose Professional, has guided the company through its transition from a division of Bose Corporation to a standalone entity. In his new role as COO, he will oversee global operations and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, speed, and customer engagement.
