Bolin Technology has announced two key updates aimed at improving performance and usability across its range of professional PTZ cameras and AV-over-IP systems: a new firmware release with 34 enhancements and the launch of Discovery Tool 2.0 for device management.

The firmware update, available now at the Bolin Download Center, delivers significant performance and workflow improvements based on user feedback. Among its 34 updates are a new public API for custom integrations, support for NDI 6.2 on compatible models, enhanced stability for the NDI Embedded Bridge, GDR Frame support for IP streams, and new quick-access controls for outdoor camera wipers and heaters.

In parallel, Bolin has introduced Discovery Tool 2.0, a cross-platform, enterprise-grade management solution designed to streamline deployment and maintenance of Bolin devices across networks. Available for both Windows and macOS, the software supports multiple network interface cards (NICs) and includes batch firmware updating, IP configuration tools and multilingual support in English, Spanish, Korean, Russian and Chinese.
