Blackwire Designs announced the release of two new Control4 drivers, MultiView Pro and VideoWall Pro, that provide an interface for Add Power and AVPro Edge MXNet systems using video walls or multi-view video tilers. The drivers integrate natively into the Control4 UI on both T4 touch screens and mobile/tablet devices, allowing an end user to take control of these complex systems with an “easy-to-use, visually appealing” interface.

Blackwire claims that historically there has yet to be an intuitive Control4 user interface for the control of video wall or multi-view tiling video systems. This limitation required dealers to utilize custom programming and non-traditional workarounds to allow only basic, and sometimes confusing, control interfaces for end users. The MultiView Pro and VideoWall Pro drivers simplify the programming process for dealers and pass on that ease of use to the home or business owner.

Both MultiView Pro and VideoWall Pro drivers for Control4 are expected to be available starting in late Q3 of 2023 at an MSRP of $1,500. Depending on the system, dealers may need additional specialized equipment offered from Add Power and AVPro Edge that can all be purchased from Blackwire.
