Black Box Announces Updated Partner Program: Boost!
Black Box, an IT solutions and consulting services provider to businesses worldwide, announced the launch of Boost! a new partner program designed to improve ease of use while increasing revenue sharing for partners. Improving on and replacing the Black Box Velocity partner program, Boost! not only provides marketing support for all sales needs, but it also “helps partners win more deals and earn marketing development fund dollars.”
“Black Box is excited to announce our Boost! Channel Program. Black Box Boost! strengthens our partnerships with resellers and system integrators via enhanced incentives, comprehensive marketing resources and dedicated sales support. We look forward to sharing these benefits with partners everywhere,” said Erik Zvanut, Black Box channel sales director.
Partners now receive centralized information access via the new Boost! portal, which serves as a single access point for all necessary resources, including deal registration, marketing collateral and detailed product information. Black Box says Boost! allows partners to be more agile in addressing any customer queries and, in turn, further improve customer service quality.
While Boost! increases the revenue-sharing percentage for partners, the program’s various MDF (Marketing Development Fund) activities, such as advertising, promotions and events, benefit partners by “incentivizing them to meet quarterly sales targets.”
Core principles and elements of the Velocity program have been carried over into the new Boost! program, according to the company. Like Velocity, the Boost! partner program is designed to support partner growth and foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
