Biamp Conference Room Solutions Approved for Use With Zoom

Biamp conference room solutions are now approved by Zoom for use with both Zoom software and Zoom Rooms. Thus, Biamp now supports bidirectional mute synchronization to share mute or unmute commands with Zoom. (This means Biamp microphones display mute status — red or green — and pass mute commands to the overall system with the push of a button.)
The testing was conducted by Zoom and Biamp together on Biamp’s Devio SCR and Tesira platforms, working with Zoom and Zoom Rooms. The latest Tesira and Zoom releases enable the new features.
The certification covers Devio, Parlé, Tesira and the EX-UBT.
