BenQ Education Awarded PEPPM Bid Contract
BenQ Education Products Are Now Available in All 50 States as an Awarded PEPPM Vendor
COSTA MESA, Calif. — Feb. 24, 2025 — BenQ, an internationally renowned provider of visual display and collaboration solutions, today announced that the company has been awarded a national bid contract with Pennsylvania Purchasing Program for Microcomputers (PEPPM), allowing sales in all 50 U.S. states. PEPPM, a cooperative purchasing program administered by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU), simplifies procurement for schools, universities, and public agencies. The program helps vendors sell their products efficiently while ensuring compliance with bidding and purchasing regulations.
“We are honored to receive a national bid contract with PEPPM as an awarded vendor,” said Carly Burton-Sallay, senior marketing manager at BenQ Education. “More students and teachers will now have the opportunity to benefit from BenQ Education products as they become available and accessible nationwide.”
PEPPM has been serving schools and other public agencies since 1982 and offers the nation’s largest collection of branded technology products — all competitively bid, and with strict bidding standards and peer-to-peer collaboration. The program solicits bids on popular lines of hardware, software, and services satisfying legal bid requirements. Local Education Agencies can then release purchase orders for technology products without having to solicit their own bids. PEPPM bids on behalf of thousands of schools and agencies — public schools, vocational/technical schools, approved private schools, intermediate units, nonpublic schools, approved private schools, charter schools, community colleges, and public libraries. PEPPM users achieve lower costs of acquisition for their technology products. Users enjoy the benefit from awarded vendors that they offer their best national cooperative price. This gives PEPPM users the confidence of using competitively bid contracts awarded by a fellow educational agency.
