BenQ Debuts 4K Projector and 4K Collaboration System
BenQ will debut its first native 4K Blue Core laser-powered (with HDR) projectors (LK952, LK953ST) at ISE. Using the new Texas Instruments’ one-chip 4K HDR native 3840×2160 chip, these projectors are specified at 5,000 ANSI lumens with a 20,000-hour laser light source. They are IP5X rated (zero-dust rating with BenQ’s Dust Guard Pro), offer HDMI and wireless inputs as well as HDMI output (for video wall applications) and, like all laser projectors, have the ability to be installed in any configuration. They also include horizontal and vertical lens shift. The LK953ST is the short-throw version of the LK952.
List price on the LK952 is $5,199 and on the LK953ST, it’s $6,499.
