1//26/2014 Behringer has announced 2 new Eurolive active loudspeakers, the B110D and B108D, which are ideally-suited for live sound, portable PA, monitor wedge and House of Worship applications. Super-compact, and boasting 300 Watts of 2-way Class-D output power, B110D (10″) and B108D (8″) speaker systems provide exceptional versatility – and come “wireless-ready” for use with Behringer’s optional ULM Series Digital Microphones.

Flexibility rules the day on the B110D and B108D, with an ultra-low noise, balanced XLR Mic/TRS Line input, complete with dedicated Volume control and Clip LED. Tone shaping is handled via an optimized 2-band EQ, and an integrated sound processor provides the ultimate in system control, as well as loudspeaker protection.

Powerful long-excursion low-frequency drivers are employed for solid bass and smooth midrange, along with a 1.35” aluminum-diaphragm compression-driver mounted on an ultra-wide dispersion, large-format, exponential horn – for crystal-clear high-frequency reproduction. Designed specifically as a perfect match for the amplifiers that drive them, these highest-quality drivers ensure exceptional performance gig after gig!

The extraordinarily user-friendly B110D and B108D offer convenient expandability, providing the basis for a sound system that can grow as coverage requirements change. Thanks to their trapezoidal enclosure design, Eurolive Series products can also be used as a monitor wedge, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of applications. The Line Output feature lets users link additional systems to form a larger array, and the built-in 35 mm pole socket allows mounting on speaker stands at the optimal height for maximum coverage.
