Salt Lake City, UT: Utah Digital Signage Integrator, Revel Media Group was awarded the Samsung Smart Signage Award for the Public Information Signage Installation of the Year.

This award honors a project that helped solve a business challenge by successfully leveraging innovative digital signage hardware, complex systems and collaboration among partners to bring a powerful, all-encompassing public space solution to life. That certainly applies to the work in the Vivint Smart Home Arena. Everything from the menu boards to the screens in the club and luxury spaces was designed to increase the fan experience and increase sponsorship revenue.

Revel Media Group CEO Brian Fitzpatrick says, “We worked very closely with the Jazz to make sure that the way that they were delivering their content to the guests was very innovative and in ways that their fans have never seen before.”

The redesign relied heavily on Samsung’s innovative System-on-Chip (SoC) technology. Fitzpatrick says, “Samsung has led the industry in System-on-Chip technology. They were the first to really do it and they were the first to perfect it.”
