Barco Kindermann Lawsuit Dismissed
The Duesseldorf District Court (Germany) just issued a preliminary ruling on the Barco Kindermann lawsuit — you may recall that Barco sued Kinderman in 2018 for patent infringement of their ClickShare. After launching its Klick & Show product during ISE 2018, Barco entered a lawsuit against Kindermann claiming, “copied” their wireless sharing patent.
Yesterday, the Duesseldorf District Court dismissed the Barco Kindermann lawsuit. As you can imagine, Barco will likely appeal the ruling.
