AVPro Edge has introduced the MXnet CBOX-HA, an all-in-one switcher designed to serve as a single management platform for various AV systems.
The device features three operating modes: MXnet 1G, MXnet 10G and Dante Controller. In Dante Controller mode, the CBOX-HA uses the Dante API for discovery, management and signal routing of Dante-enabled devices, including those from AVPro Edge, AudioControl and third-party manufacturers.
A mode select wizard, set to debut soon, will allow users to choose operating modes during initial startup, streamlining configuration.
The CBOX-HA maintains the same compact chassis and price as previous models while adding the ability to operate as either a 1G or 10G CBOX for MXnet systems.
