AVI-SPL is here at InfoComm using the theme “Shape the Future” in booth 2561. The 2023 rAVe Reader’s Choice Award-Winning AVI-SPL is showcasing its communications and collaboration technology strategies for the future of hybrid work and modern workplaces.

The AVI-SPL exhibit champions new unified communications and collaboration solutions and services that connect people and organizations to their purpose in both physical and virtual spaces.

Highlighted innovative offerings include virtual reality (VR) design services, optimized approaches to meeting equity, AVI-SPL Symphony software to centrally monitor and manage AV and UC devices, enterprise video communications, XR staging and production, and experience technology.

AVI-SPL debuted VR design services at InfoComm 2022, demonstrating its ability to easily experiment with technology designs before implementation. The service saw quick customer adoption. At this year’s InfoComm, AVI-SPL shows off an expanded library of forward-thinking virtual technology models, including a new Signature Microsoft Teams Rooms bundle designed to elevate hybrid meeting equity.

AVI-SPL, a Microsoft Managed Partner, developed the Signature Microsoft Teams Room bundle with Crestron, Jupiter, and Salamander Designs. The outcome is a 21:9 format solution that seamlessly transforms the popular Microsoft Teams Front Row setup into personalized experiences, both in-room and remote. The bundle also responds to increasing mandates for accessible, sustainable solutions while satisfying the demand for a simple, quick, and scalable meeting room standard.

As meeting and video technology quickly spreads across the enterprise, the award-winning AVI-SPL Symphony application is a mission-critical component for IT teams to centrally monitor, manage, and track the AV and UC devices enabling meeting experiences. With hybrid meetings, conference rooms are more technically complex than ever. Symphony gives a unified, consolidated view of multi-vendor environments with real-time technology performance and space usage analytics. Symphony helps proactively resolve technology issues, preventing disruptions and maximizing meeting effectiveness.

To elevate customer and employee experience, organizations have amped up the frequency and production value of their enterprise communications. New broadcast video and streaming capabilities coupled with XR staging and production enliven brand messages and engage larger audiences. The AVI- SPL exhibit features a working XR stage designed by AVI-SPL’s Experience Technology Group (XTG) to introduce a wider audience to new immersive XR and VR technologies ready for enterprise use.

XTG works with an ecosystem of partners in architecture, design, workplace strategy, content creation, AR/VR/XR technology to fuse space, content, and technology into award-winning environments that transform content into an experience that connects visitors to brand purpose.
Ultimately, AVI-SPL InfoComm booth 2561 focuses on the human experience of technology, seizing on the crucial points where people and technology connect with purpose. That purpose may be achieving meeting equity, communicating meaningfully at scale, or creating novel experiences to heighten storytelling.
