AVI-SPL Launches Global Accounts Management Program

TAMPA, Fla. – February 7, 2017 – With many years of providing best-in-class service to customers around the world, AVI-SPL is now leveraging its rapid expansion and global leadership in unified enterprise video and collaboration solutions to introduce its Global Accounts Management Program to further enhance its unmatched ability to serve multinational companies.

The new program uniquely provides an experienced global account manager to be a single point of contact for the customer who will lead a dedicated team to meet agreed upon objectives. This will drive velocity in decision-making and orchestrate a high level of consistency, reliability, and service support throughout all stages and locations of the customer’s unified communications and collaboration technology lifecycle.

Dedicated to continuous customer successes, AVI-SPL’s Global Accounts Management Program will deliver both strategic and tactical benefits, ensuring the latest technology and industry best practices are adopted. This includes developing global implementation plans to deliver clear return for stakeholders over the short and longer term to maintain the best possible business outcomes.

“We look for partners who are concerned about providing global solutions, not just local sales, and AVI-SPL does just that,” said Chris Duncan, director of communications resources at The Dow Chemical Company. “[It] allowed us to take a holistic approach to our global AV/Video needs while providing a long term, strategic approach to addressing our needs.”

Anchoring AVI-SPL’s collection of global solutions, is its award winning managed services and increasing localized support which has enabled the enterprise partner to complete projects in 101 countries over an 18-month period – a number AVI-SPL believes will increase as the company fulfills its aggressive growth strategy. Since late last year, the world’s largest integration firm expanded its operational points with the acquisition of Southwest U.S.-based integrator Anderson AV, partnered with Australian firm Connected Vision Group, and the opened its office in Germany.

Providing additional value and shared successes, participants will be invited to join AVI-SPL’s customer advisory board, co-hosted by Crestron. The program, which will include a tenured term and regular meetings, offers customers an opportunity to network with industry peers, deliberate common workplace transformation topics, and discuss technology innovations for current and future needs.

“As digital workplace transformation continues to drive the demand for standardized collaboration solutions, customers are looking for a global partner with proven practices to provide a consistent user experience throughout their worldwide enterprise,” said Dale Bottcher, senior vice president for AVI-SPL. “The Global Accounts Management Program ensures a synergistic partnership that delivers more value to our multi-national customers – without limitations. We’re excited to provide these new benefits.”
