AVer Information Extends AVerCare Warranty from 3 to 5 Years on Select Products
AVer Information is extending its industry-leading AVerCare warranty from three to five years on all new “V2” model Pro AV cameras and the MT300N NDI Matrix Tracking Box.
The first year of the warranty will continue to offer 24-hour replacement of equipment to minimize downtime with AVer professional-grade products. AVer will continue to honor the existing three-year AVerCare warranty and 24-hour replacement for the remaining Pro AV cameras in the first year. Customers of those products covered with three years will also have the option of purchasing an extended two-year warranty.
