Aveo Systems has started shipping the Mira Connect 10, a touch-based control system aimed at UCC rooms. Mira Connect 10 offers the same extensive functionality as Aveo Systems’ original Mira Connect, adding new options for table-top, on-wall or in-wall installations.

In collaboration rooms, the PoE-based Mira Connect 10 allows for one-touch calling from calendar invitations but also offers display and projector management, video switching, volume and mute controls, camera controls and management of Zoom Rooms.

Mira Connect 10 has a 10-inch touch display with tempered glass and an ABS plastic enclosure. The table-top model includes an articulating stand, and an on-wall mounting system uses the 75×75-mm VESA mount system. For in-wall installations, a metal backbox, adapter plater and trim ring are available from Aveo Systems.

Mira Connect 10 can be configured using Mira Portal, Aveo Systems’ cloud management platform, and control for room equipment is selected from drop-down menus. The user interface remains consistent from room to room regardless of the connected equipment.

Mira Connect and Mira Connect 10 support Zoom, Poly, Biamp, Shure, QSC, Symetrix, ClearOne, Cisco, Hall Research, Panasonic, Extron, Sharp, LG, Samsung, Bose, FSR, NEC, Sony and others; Microsoft Office 365 calendar integration is supported as are user contact directories.
