Mike is back! What’s the big deal? Well, this is his third guest spot on AV Power Up and he may just be in the lead although we’re checking on George Fournier’s stats and – wait – he claims three spots too. Looks like a comeback for both in 2016 – on the same show perhaps?

Hold the phone though – Mike Loss of the Drunk Naked Pirates was supposed to be on this one and that would have registered his fourth guest appearance. OK Mr. Shinn – what happened to Mike Loss…

Hey – it’s almost Black Friday! So what? Exactly.

Actually we ask Sal what Black Friday meant to Apple Store employees, as he lived part of his life as an Apple Genius (the highly privileged few), and it appears that it resembles all of the other 364 days of the year. Right – no such thing as a discount, yet still the crowds. Go figure. And we get an education from Sal about what it’s like to work as a Genius – let’s just say if you think you’re always right, save it for the Geek Squad.

Corey and Sal relive the moments of working together in sales for an AV integrator in New Jersey and if you’ve even gone on a Dunkin’ Donuts run, you know that among the events of the day, the DD run is the big one. And there’s a guy who owns a certain basement in NJ we learned about some time back that they both worked with – pretty funny and a stand-up guy at that. Oh and Sal is still looking for his commissions from back when – if you find them get in touch with us at the show and we’ll be happy to split them (let’s see that’s six ways – none for you Gary).

At InfoComm Connections Rich saw the light. Or a light. Or at least he knew what it was when he bumped into it. Johnny stuffs and searches for things. Stacy gives us the best she’s got with a new segment on customer service and out of office e-mail – which if you ask Sal, well don’t bother. He only works for high-level executive cronies at Prudential.

Corey goes all drones for Christmas with one of his latest bl – bacons and says that if you’re thinking of getting the kid a Star Wars Millenium Falcon Lego set – you’re already out of luck so get a drone. And if that Hello Barbie is on the list, remember that a drone can do wondrous things while Barbie sits there and babbles incessantly to your kid. Watcha think mom and dad? Yep – grab a drone and go!

So if you’re listening to this show on this station, saddle up and enjoy the ride…
